What is your return policy?

Our goal is to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us: frameworthydigitals@gmail.com


Due to the custom nature of the business, once an order has been placed and payment has been accepted, we can not offer a refund or return. Each return/refund request is reviewed on a case by case basis, and in some instances, partial or full store credit can be offered. 

What if my shipped items arrives damaged or defective?

If you ordered a shipped item and it arrives damaged or defective, we will replace what is needed if we are contacted within 10 days of your item arriving. If you contact us after 10 days of your item arriving, we may not be able to replace what is needed.

How long does it take to get my custom digital portrait?

Each custom portrait can take upwards of 8-10 hours depending on the level of difficulty. Please be patient, we don't want to rush something that is Frameworthy! If you are planning to purchase this as a gift for someone, please allow at least 4 weeks time prior to when you need the item.

If this item is being ordered near the holidays (ex: Christmas), cut off dates for ordering and shipping will be posted on the website.

What kind of payment do you accept?

Digital Payment is accepted through Apple Cash, Zelle and PayPal. Payment information will be provided to you in your order confirmation email.

If you are local, cash and check can be accepted on a case by case basis. If this is something you require, please be sure to contact us first before placing your order to see if you qualify.

How are the items shipped?

If you ordered a shipped custom digital portrait, it will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (which provides tracking). Shipping and handling costs have already been added to the price of the portrait. Please be advised that shipping delays are common, plan and order accordingly. If you are an international customer, currently, we are not shipping outside of the U.S.

What if I need to change something in my order?

After you have filled out the order form, someone from Frameworthy Digitals will be in contact within 48 hours to confirm your purchase and collect payment. If you need to make a change to your order, you can edit your order form prior to someone contacting you, or you can let them know if the confirmation email.

Where is the order form?

The order form is linked under the 'Shop' page. You can click on the 'Order Now' button at the top of the page.

What happens to my personal information?

Your personal information will NEVER be shared. All personal information collected is strictly for order and shipping information.

Can I post the finished custom portrait to social media?

You can post your finished custom portrait to social media, we just ask that you tag our small business! You can tag us on Instagram @FrameworthyDigitals

If I ordered the 'File Only' custom portrait, what kind of file do I get?

You will be able to access your finished custom portrait through a private link on a file sharing platform online. The final file will be available in a JPG format with a resolution of 300 ppi.

What kind of frame do I get?

All framed custom portraits come with a standard black frame. At this time, there are no other options for frames.

I ordered an eGift Card for someone, how does that work?

After you have placed an order for your eGift Card, you will receive an email with the eGift Card that you can share with the recipient. You can print it off, or forward them the email.

eGift Cards do not expire, and can only be redeemed for a portrait by the recipient.

​

Recipient information will be saved to confirm receipt of the eGift Card, so when they decide to redeem it, we have a record of it.
